Cobra Administrators’ services provide a comprehensive solution for administrating COBRA while maintaining compliance. We will handle all of the notifications and work directly with Cobra participants alleviating you of the burden. In turn, leaving you with more time to focus on what is important to you.
COBRA non-compliance can quickly add up!
- $100 a day fine payable to the IRS for non-compliance per day per violation
- $110 a day fine payable to the Qualified Beneficiary under ERISA per day per violation

Cobra Administrators provides a dedicated Account Manager who will assist with implementation and be your point of contact for any questions that come up along the way. The COBRA Beneficiaries will also have live support and will also speak with the same Account Manager.
How it Works
Notification: The employer will notify Cobra Administrators of an employee event or a qualifying event.
Mailing: Within 7 days of being notified, we will generate, print, and mail all necessary notifications.
Cobra Premium Collection: We manage all Cobra payments and remit payment the first of the following month. Along with the premium payment, you will receive a detailed report listing each participant and amount received.
Online Notifications: Our web portal allows you to work more efficiently and keeps you informed. Notify Cobra Administrators of any employee changes or qualifying events and we do the rest!
